Insurance is a set of systems that prevent people and institutions from being harmed in the face of various undesirable situations and at the same time allow them to save money. However, the insurance sector is also very suitable for abuse. Abuses arising from both insured and insurance company employees mean economic losses on both micro and macro scale. With this article that I had prepared; which is in the throes of the insurance industry, insurance fraud, and false examine in detail the damage, and insurance fraud and companies to their employees aimed to determine the attitudes and behaviors against damage. In this study, the attitudes and behaviors of the personnel working in insurance companies against abuse according to their demographic characteristics are examined. According to the data obtained from the study, women are more careful against abuse than male workers. According to the findings, it is observed that both the single and the married people have lack in the level of precautionary measures. When the marital status is examined, it is concluded that the attention of the employees should be increased. It was determined that the accident branch levels of the participants in the age group 56-65 were higher than the others. It is hoped that this article will contribute to all insurance sector stakeholders and the insurance literature.
