Abstract

From past to present, in the World and in our country the problem of housing and housing finance, focuses on the different solution alternatives. When looking at the last point, it can be seen that the expected result in solution the housing problem is not reached. More successful alternative models are needed for the real estate sector to develop in our country and for more qualified projects to be more easily accessible. In our country, in recent times, there have been two models of thinking that are thought to contribute to the solution of the problem. One of them is the Real Estate Business Cooperative Model, which is passed on by the Ministry of Customs and Trade. The other is the Real Estate Certificate Model, which is planned to contribute to the solution of the housing problem, especially by contributing to the financing of real estate projects. In our study, these two models being examined and the effects of models to the housing problems and the revitalization of real estate sector are emphasized.
