Abstract

Digital transformation has started to take on a more important role in organizations, especially with in the context of globalization. The concept of leadership in managerial organizations with digital transformation has become more prominent today, where competition is increasing. The study aims to examine the basic features, common themes and research organizations in the literature by analyzing the combination between digital transformation and leadership with the bibliometric method. Web Of Science database was used as a data collection tool in the research. The analyzes carried out in 1402 in the research were created with the bibliometrix package in the R programming language. In the analysis conducted for a comprehensive research on how digital management transforms leadership strategies and the strategies that organize this process, it draws attention to the development in this field, especially in recent years. However, the study reveals that the center has established a strong connection with digital transformation in basic areas such as sustainability, management, innovation, combinable management, change policies, technological freedom and digital talent development. The bibliometric analysis results show that although the subject of digital leadership is addressed in various disciplines, it is mostly concentrated in the fields of management sciences, information technologies and organizational behavior. These regular results provide a comprehensive review literature for comprehensive studies on the relationship between digital transformation and leadership, pointing to new research findings that need to be explored in the field.
