According to the results obtained, it was seen that the intention to leave the nurses' jobs during the Covid-19 period was not very high, but it was significantly affected by job satisfaction and job satisfaction. According to the findings, it is seen that the burnout levels of the nurses alone do not constitute their intention to leave, and that other organizational and professional factors that were not examined in this study may have an effect on the intention to leave.
